It is the driver not the car m8 ;) and the older i get the faster I was. I am getting pretty old now as well.
As I said I might have something more exotic and you would have little hope of beating this but....it is not finished yet.
anyone tell me how far this place is from Edinburgh? cheers.

Craig...maybe you should check your map!
Shortest way is to go over the Cairn o'mount road and avoid Aberdeen completely. I know the roads very well as I used to live in Strathdon. It would make a fair old convoy on that road.

Any ideas what the best way from Perth is? Cant make up my mind if its quicker going by Dundee or the other way via Blairgowrie?
I might come for a wee look.Cars off the road for a head gasket and i'll be taking my golf(1.3 bucket) so the shortest route possible needs to be found.

Craig...maybe you should check your map!
Easyest route for me drive straight up to Aberdeen then take a left and go ten mile's..... ;)
Plus i might be meeting up with a friend of mine from Aberdeen who is also going to Alford..... :P
So the Aderdeen route is the best way for me......

I told you it was the driver Dave and i have heard that you have been getting lessons! It showed too! loved the hazard lights BTW
Nice to see such a good turnout. So well done Findlay for organising it. I had all sorts of fun.
1. Scoob sliding
2. S2000 pushing and then fiddling
3. Smokescreen making and flame throwing
4. Finding out how small Alford can be in a seriously quick car!
That S2000 will be a monster when we get it sorted!
